YardSuite is an Ontario-based ADU planning platform operated in partnership with DevCom Homes. We help homeowners assess, finance, and build garden suites and other accessory dwelling units.
When you use YardSuite, we may collect: your name, email, phone number, property address, lot size estimates, intended use, financing preferences, and any surveys or documents you voluntarily upload. We also collect limited technical data (IP address, browser type, device) through standard web analytics.
We use your information to provide the planning tools, match you with DevCom Homes or a vetted regional partner builder, and facilitate introductions to financing partners such as TMC Greater Simcoe. We do not sell your data.
Your project details are shared only with (a) DevCom Homes, (b) the regional partner builder matched to your property location, and (c) TMC Greater Simcoe if you elect to explore financing. We require all partners to handle your information confidentially.
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@yardsuite.ca.
